With its authentic materials and brick rhythms, Founders Mill is commonly mistaken for a centuries-old mill building.  The infill project is a hybrid of styles–modern loft meets English Industrial Revolution.  It includes thirteen units featuring drive-under garages and walled courtyards on the ground level and piano nobile on the second.  The project’s Woodstock incarnation is the recipient of a Best in American Living (BALA) Award.
