THE HAWTHORNE is a classic American foursquare with Stickley elements. Battered stone piers with stout Tuscan columns, mitered siding, and a cantilevered attic lend the house a solid feel. The front door features multiple panes and sidelights. The windows on the lower two stories are 20/1 and are framed by plank shutters, while those of the top story consist entirely of small panes. The floor plan features a great room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, and bedroom suite down, while upstairs is a master suite as well as two additional bedrooms, laundry room, and flex space, the latter of which can be replaced by additional closet space.
