With our pattern book and subscription program, we provide builders and developers with building plans, regional and vernacular adaptations, an extensive library of details, specifications that allow them to exhibit their highest craftsmanship, and prototypical configurations for the creation of towns and neighborhoods–a comprehensive solution to the complexity of building communities from scratch. The designs are diverse but are united by scale, proportion, and an extraordinary attention to detail rarely seen today. We are continually adding more plans and developing prototypical patterns for putting them together to form optimal immersive environments that both delight homeowners and increase ease and profitability for builders and developers. The profit margin for our work is typically a third higher than that of our competition. We also offer master planning services as well as town codes.
