The Lew Oliver designed 15th Anniversary Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House opened with fanfare at Rosemary Beach. The South African/British Colonial courtyard house, inspired and created especially for the semi-tropical climate of North Florida, has been expertly detailed by Dave Carney, and decorated by Erika Powell of Urban Grace Interiors. Builder/designer team, Benecki Homes, led by Stan Benecki and Melanie Turner, detailed the exquisite cabinetry and led many of the design decisions.

The courtyard design offers multiple outdoor living spaces surrounding the pool. The interior space includes a Venetian plastered oval foyer, open kitchen/living area, a scullery, and numerous guest suites, including innovative bunk areas that can accommodate ten additional beach lovers. The innovative second story features terraced theatre and billiard area.
