Lew Oliver has designed personal homes for clients from Florida to California, Colorado to Hawaii. His residential work ranges from Italian villas to Cotswold cottages, sophisticated townhouses to lofts. His numerous national and international design awards include Designer of the New American Home for the National Association of Home builders and Designer of the Southern Accents Show House. His work recently won three Best in American Living (BALA) Awards, the most prestigious residential design awards in the U.S., as well as nine Obie Awards. His interior design for the Grand Bohemian Hotel helped win the hotel the title of Westin’s Best in Brand worldwide for five consecutive years, while the Mansion at Forsyth Park, another of his designs, is a five-diamond hotel. Oliver worked under the auspices of Small, Reynolds, Stuart, and Stuart, and Design Reese architects on both projects.

    description: Located in Savannah’s Historic District, the Mansion at Forsyth Park has been called "a vision of what Savannah might become". The project entailed both historic renovation of the original 1888 Romanesque building and extensive new construction in the same style. An AAA Four Diamond Award winner, the hotel contains a restaurant, lounges, wine cellar, spa, cooking school, and art gallery housing four-hundred art works from the collection of the hotelier Richard Kessler. Drawings were developed in conjunction with Julie Wilde, Deb Golding, and Gray Reese renowned architect of record.
